Hi, I’m SALAMA ACOLATSE-NARNOR.

A product of God, two beautiful southern parents (Mom - Arlington, TN & Dad- Baton Rouge, LA) and Memphis, TN. I am a mother of four daughters, a homemaker and an entrepreneur.

My home is Atlanta, GA. Family will always be first! I am here sharing my thoughts with you because I wish that we as culture had more challenging conversations especially around femininity, spiritual wellness, physical wellness and family structure/longevity.

I have learned so much by trial and error, as most of us do, but I am hoping that by being a bit more transparent about the impactful and sometimes very random nuggets that I am now equipped with can help expedite and enlighten someone else’s earthly journey.

I am a work in progress and I value that now more than ever. I have embraced that I am a forever student and I do not want to stop learning. I share my opinions with humility and I look forward to learning from you all as well.

WHY THE NAME “I AM PEACE + POWER” ?

After giving birth to my youngest daughters, twins, there was a divine rumble in my world. I wasn’t sure what it meant or what all it entailed, but something major was trying to reveal itself to me. In hindsight, I was nowhere near ready to understand the magnitude of what needed to be learned and more importantly, un-learned. I began to analyze myself in a way that I had never done before. I started to realize things about myself that were unsettling to me…some qualities that didn’t sit right with me. Again, I didn’t understand much of any of this shift of perspective but I knew it was time to learn about myself and my Godly purpose on a deeper level. My spirit felt unnatural to who I knew I was to be. I was yearning to shed something and become anew.

Ironically, I knew that what I was searching for was more powerful than any space that I had ever been in. Thereafter, I embraced the slogan I Am Peace and Power. I knew that I was both, but hadn’t done the spirit work to understand how to be that in God. Today, I can easily define that missing link to be Godly femininity. Now I know that my peace is my power.

Now I know that my peace is my power.

My Approach

God, let this platform be a blessing as I reflect on all the blessings and understandings that you’ve revealed to me. Allow the offerings here to serve as tools for many families to optimize their self-management, femininity, homemaking, wellness and overall legacy building.

Dream it

Let’s dive deep into femininity, wellness and family structure/ longevity together. Don’t worry about fitting in; what speaks to your innate femininity? Dream as soft and as free as you can imagine! Our power is different and it is a divine blessing.

Build it

The biggest takeaway that I have so far is that most dreams can be accomplished with a mindset adjustment. My life feels so much fuller when my mindset is RICH and God-centered! No matter the tangible resources, when I am armored with the right mindset I can see my way to prosperity and abundance
